South Temiskaming Community Futures is a federally funded not-for-profit economic development agency providing financial assistance in the form of flexible loans and loan guarantees to area businesses that contribute to the creation and / or maintenance of long-term employment in South Temiskaming.
All information provided as part of the financial assistance application process is strictly confidential. There is no obligation to apply for a loan and our consultation services are free.

To be eligible for a loan, you must plan to locate, start or expand a business within the boundaries of the South Temiskaming CFDC.

Application Process
Complete applications along with an original signature must be submitted. If you have any questions regarding the nature of the information to consider your small business loan request, please contact our Business Loans Officer. We will review your application and contact you to set up a meeting to discuss the different financing products we offer and the application process.

Term Loans
The South Temiskaming CFDC provides term loans to qualified applications. We offer competitive interest rates and varying amortization periods. We provide loans for Business Start-up, Business Expansion, Business Stabilization, Asset Purchases, and Working Capital Requirements.
